用温阳利水敛气方对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭急性发作期患者进行治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of the prescription of Warming Yang, e nriching water and absorbing Qi in patients with acute onset of chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water deficiency

目的:分析用温阳利水敛气方对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭急性发作期患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2019年4月至2020年12月期间江苏省中西医结合医院收治的60例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭急性发作期患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对研究组患者使用温阳利水敛气方进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、6分钟步行距离(6 MWT)、血清N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)的水平、NYHA心功能分级及发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者治疗的总有效率、6 MWT、NYHA心功能分级为Ⅰ级患者的占比均更高,其中医证候的积分、血清NT-proBNP的水平、NYHA心功能分级为Ⅲ级患者的占比均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用温阳利水敛气方对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭急性发作期患者进行治疗的效果显著,可改善其心功能。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of wen Yang Li Shui Zhi Zhi Fang on acute phase of chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water deficiency.Methods:From April 2019 to December 2020,60 patients with acute onset of yang-deficiency and water-generic-type chronic heart failure were enrolled in jiangsu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The 60 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,patients in the study group were treated with the prescription of warming Yang and benefiting water and collecting gas.Then,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance(6 MWT),serum NT-probNP level,NYHA cardiac function classification and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate,6 MWT,NYHA heart function gradeⅰpatients accounted for a higher proportion of patients in the study group,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,serum NT-probNP level,NYHA heart function gradeⅲpatients accounted for a lower proportion,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the prescription of warming Yang,enriching water and collecting Qi is significant in the acute phase of chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water genericity,which can improve the cardiac function.
