党的十八大以来,中国特色大国外交全方位、多层次、立体化推进,形成了诸多外交新理念新方略。主要表现为:夯实走和平发展道路的基础,致力于为世界和平作更大贡献;秉持正确义利观,以中国梦助推持久和平共同繁荣的世界梦;提出共建“一带一路”倡议,增添共同发展新动力;发挥负责任大国作用,促进全球治理体系改革和建设;发挥引领时代作用,推动构建人类命运共同体;妥善应对外部风险挑战,坚定维护我国正当权益和核心利益。新时代中国特色大国外交新理念新方略的实施,为中国的建设发展创造了有利外部环境,也为人类和平与发展事业做出了重要贡献。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics has been promoted in an all-round,multi-level and three-dimensional way,and many new diplomatic ideas and strategies have been formed.They are as follows:consolidate the foundation of peaceful development and make greater contributions to world peace;take a balanced approach to national interests and common good,and boost the world dream of lasting peace and common prosperity with the Chinese dream;put forward the“Belt and Road Initiative”and add new impetus for global development;assume the role of a responsible great power and promote the reform and construction of the global governance system;play a leading role in the times and advance the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind;properly respond to external risks and challenges,and firmly safeguard China’s legitimate rights and core interests.The implementation of the new concept and strategy of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era has created a favorable external environment for China’s construction and development,and also made important contributions to the cause of human peace and development.
