摘要
硫系光纤具有优良的宽红外波段透过性能和高非线性特性,是目前唯一能产生覆盖中、远红外波段超连续谱的非线性光纤,近5年来国际上在2-16μm中红外超连续谱的产生取得了重要进展。从硫系阶跃型光纤、微结构光纤和多包层光纤中的超连续谱实验输出及全光纤化等几个方面综述了8μm以外中红外超连续谱的最新研究进展。
Chalcogenide(ChG) fibers become the only nonlinear fibers for midwave-and longwave-infrared supercontinuum(SC) generation due to the high transmittance in infrared region and high nonlinearity. The results of work on mid-infrared SC in the last five years were reported. This review represented recent development on ChG fibers, including experimental SC generation of step-index, micro-structured & multi-clad chalcogenide fibers and all-fiberized SC sources.
