混凝土模拟孔溶液中有机钢筋阻锈剂的加速评价及等效性分析 被引量:3

Accelerated Evaluation of Organic Steel Corrosion Inhibitor in Simulated Pore Solution of Concrete and Its Equivalence Analysis

摘要 针对有机钢筋阻锈剂在混凝土模拟液与混凝土中作用效果偏差大的问题,搭建了基于混凝土模拟孔溶液与温湿度可控的钢筋阻锈剂干湿循环加速评价试验箱,研究了4种加速试验制度对钢筋锈蚀的加速效果及试验偏差。结果表明:通过精确控制试验环境参数与优化干湿加速制度,可明显降低钢筋阻锈剂试验结果的偏差,且模拟液与混凝土中钢筋的干湿循环加速试验结果具有较好的相关性。同时,有机阻锈剂咪唑啉、羧酸胺、氨基醇均可有效抑制氯盐干湿循环环境钢筋锈蚀的快速发展。 In view of the large deviation of the effect of organic steel corrosion inhibitor in simulated pore solution and concrete, a dry-wet cycles test apparatus for accelerated evaluation of organic steel corrosion inhibitor was developed based on the concrete simulated pore solution and the controllable temperature and humidity. Four test systems were used to examine acceleration effects and test deviations of steel corrosion. The deviation of the test results of the organic steel corrosion inhibitors is significantly minimized via accurately controlling the test environment parameters and optimizing the acceleration systems. The results of the steel bars in the simulated pore solution and the concrete have a stronger correlation. Also, organic steel corrosion inhibitor, such as imidazoline, carboxylic acid amine and amino alcohol, effectively inhibits the rapid corrosion of steel bars under the condition of dry-wet cycles in chloride salt environment.
