iRoot BP Plus在龋源性露髓成熟恒牙保髓治疗中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析iRoot BP Plus在龋源性露髓成熟恒牙保髓治疗中的应用效果.方法选择2019年10月~2021年3月于本院牙体牙髓科行龋源性露髓成熟恒牙保髓治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,龋源性露髓成熟恒牙共80颗,采用数字表法随机将患者分为参照组与研究组,每组40例,所有患者均行部分牙髓切断术,研究组予以iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂,参照组予以无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)作为盖髓剂.术后随访3个月,观察两组术后症状、钙化桥形成及根尖周X线片征象等,比较两组治疗成功率、钙化桥形成率和治疗前后疼痛评分.结果研究组治疗成功率高于参照组(95.00%比77.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月的疼痛评分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组钙化桥形成率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂对患者进行部分牙髓切断术,可有效减轻疼痛症状,还显著提高治疗成功率. Objective To analyze the application effect of iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of carious pulp exposed mature permanent teeth.Methods From October 2019 to March 2021,80 patients with carious pulp exposed mature permanent teeth were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with partial pulpotomy,and the study group was treated with iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent,The control group was given inorganic trioxide polymer(MTA)as pulp rapping agent.The postoperative symptoms,calcification bridge formation and periapical X-ray signs of the two groups were observed.The success rate of treatment,calcification bridge formation rate and pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(95.00% vs 77.50%,P<0.05);The pain scores of the study group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the formation rate of calcified bridge between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Using iRoot BP Plus as pulp rapping agent for partial pulpotomy can effectively relieve pain symptoms and significantly improve the success rate of treatment.
