综合护理干预对肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者的护理效果研究

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with pulmonary hypertension due to pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨综合护理干预对肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者的护理效果.方法本文选择我院2016年1月~2020年12月收治的53例患者随机分为观察组(n=27)和对照组(n=26).对照组给予常规基础护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预.观察比较两组患者FEV1、LVEF心肺功能,护理满意度,SAS评分及生活质量评分.结果护理后,两组FEV1、LVEF心肺功能水平升高(P<0.05);且观察组FEV1、LVEF心肺功能水平均显著高于对照组(t=4.983,P=0.000;t=5.269,P=0.000).观察组整体护理情况优于对照组(Z=-4.130,P=0.000);护理满意度为96.30%,明显高于对照组的73.08%(P=0.024).护理后,两组SAS评分降低,生活质量评分升高(P<0.05);且观察组SAS评分及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(t=-10.149,P=0.000;t=3.617,P=0.001).结论综合护理干预措施对肺源性心脏病肺动脉高压患者的护理效果显著,可有效改善患者心肺功能,降低焦虑状态,提高患者生活质量,护理满意度高,值得推广应用.

Objective This study aims to investigate the nursing effect of romprehensive nursing intervention on pulmonary hypertension patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 53 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were randomly dividefl into observation group(n=27)and control group(n=26).The control group was given routine basic nursing inlervenlion,and the observation group was given romprehensive nursing intervention.FEV 1,LVEF,cardiopulmonary function,nursing satisfaction,SAS score and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,lhe level of FEV1 and LVEF in the two groups increased(P<0.05).The level of FEV1 and LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.983,P=0;t=5.269,P=0.000).In the observation group the overall nursing situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(Z=-4.130^=0.000).In addition,the nursing satisfartion was 96.30%in the observation group,which was signifirantly higher than that of 73.08%in the ronlrol group(P=0.024).After nursing,SAS score decreased and quality of life score inrreased in both groups(P<0.05).Meanwhile.the SAS score and quality of life score of the observation group were signifirantly better than those of the control group(t=-10.149,P=0;t=3.617,P=0.001).Conclusion The nursing effect of romprehensive nursing intervention on pulmonary hypertension patients with pulmonary heart disease is signifiranl.It effectively improves the cardiopulmonary funrtion of patients,reduces anxiety,improves the quality of life of patients,and has high nursing satisfaction.
