新时代基于MOOC的教师专业发展策略研究

Research on MOOCs-Based Teachers’Professional Development Strategies in New Era

新时代教师肩负新使命,面临新挑战和新要求,持续提升能力素质是教师"应变"的必然选择。日益丰富的MOOC为教师专业发展提供了新手段和新途径,如何应用MOOC有效提升能力素质是教师专业发展面临的新问题。为此,在调查教师学习MOOC的现状、分析存在问题的基础上,从教师学员的视角,提出了在自主选学MOOC的教师专业发展模式下,充分发挥教师的主体性,应用MOOC实现专业发展的六个策略。以期通过秉持理性选课原则、制定合理可行的学习计划、主动加入或创建学习共同体、积极参与学习交互活动、争取相关部门的政策支持等六个策略的应用,提高教师应用MOOC开展专业发展的效果与质量,并为其他学习者有效应用MOOC提升自身能力提供参考与借鉴。

In the new era,teachers will shoulder a new mission,and face new challenges and requirements,which necessitate their continuous improving their abilities and qualities to adapt to the new situation.Increasingly rich MOOCs provide new approaches to teachers’professional development,thus how to effectively explore this channel to improve teachers’ability and quality has presented a new problem.This paper investigates the status quo of teachers learning MOOCs,and analyzes the problems.To provide a reference for other learners to effectively apply MOOC to improve their own capabilities,the paper then puts forward six autonomous learning strategies,that is,rational course selection,developing a reasonable and feasible learning plan,proactively joining or creating a learning community,actively participating in learning interaction activities,and seeking for policy support etc.
