Socialism is the most important factor in China’s developing.It is an important conclusion put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the important speech of"1 th July".Socialism with Chinese Characteristics attaches importance to the role of capital,the development of value production and commodity exchange,which can promote the development of productive forces and the growth of wealth,so it can develop China.Socialism of Chinese Characteristics,through innovating the ownership form,constructing the institutional arrangement of labor capitalization for labor shares,can realize the labor force share surplus value and common prosperity.It can make the workers share the surplus value and get rich together,so it can safeguard the fundamental interests of the workers and guarantee the essential characteristics of socialism.Socialism with Chinese characteristics is Sinicization,modernization and popularization of Marx’s concept of socialism.
