外部搜寻对集群网络权力的影响机制研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of External Search on Power of Cluster Network

网络权力是节点企业在合作网络中地位和话语权的重要标志,面对日益复杂和动荡的环境,越来越多的企业开始突破组织边界搜寻与利用外部资源以巩固和提升网络权力。基于组织搜寻和动态能力理论,建立了外部搜寻对网络权力的影响模型,引入动态能力作为中介变量诠释外部搜寻作用于网络权力的内在机制。选取我国制造业集群网络为研究背景,就所获取的233份有效集群企业样本数据进行实证研究,得到以下研究结论:本地知识搜寻、本地关系搜寻和超本地知识搜寻均正向影响集群网络权力,本地知识搜寻对集群网络权力的影响最为显著,超本地关系搜寻对集群网络权力的影响没有通过显著性检验;动态能力3个维度(吸收能力、适应能力和创新能力)均正向影响集群网络权力,并在外部搜寻与网络权力之间发挥不同的路径作用。

Network power is an important symbol of nodal enterprises’status and discourse power in the cooperative network.In the face of increasingly complex and turbulent environment,more and more enterprises begin to break through organizational boundaries to search and utilize external resources to consolidate and enhance network power.Based on the theory of organizational search and dynamic capabilities,this paper establishes a model of the effect of external search on network power,and invoking dynamic capabilities as mediating variables to explain the internal mechanism of external search on network power.Taking China’s manufacturing cluster network as the research background,this paper conducts empirical research on 233 effective samples of cluster enterprises obtained,and the following conclusions are drawn:local knowledge search,local relationship search and ultra-local knowledge search all have positive impact on network power,and local knowledge search has the most significant effect on network power,yet ultra-local relationship search has no significant impact on network power.The three dimensions of dynamic capabilities(absorptive capability,adaptive capability and innovative capability)all have positive impact on network power,and play different mediating role between external search and network power.
