黄河流域空间发展格局演进特征及优化研究

The Evolution and Optimization of the Spatial Development Pattern in the Yellow River Basin

促进黄河流域高质量发展,需要构建与之相匹配的空间发展格局。运用多极网络空间组织思想,研究了黄河流域空间发展格局的演进特征。结果表明:黄河流域已经初步形成了以青岛、济南为核心的山东半岛增长极,以郑州为核心的中原增长极和以西安为核心的关中增长极;在流域内,陇海—兰新发展轴、京沪发展轴和京广发展轴基本形成,京津—包昆发展轴处于发育之中;空间经济网络的规模和覆盖范围不断扩大;总体上,呈现出多极网络空间发展趋势。因此,建议构建"三极引领,五点支撑,轴带衔接,网络互联"的黄河流域多极网络空间发展格局,为全流域高质量发展提供更加有效的空间组织基础。

It is necessary to build a matching spatial development pattern to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.This paper adopts the idea of multi-pole network spatial organization to study the evolution characteristics of the spatial development pattern in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the Yellow River Basin has initially formed the Shandong peninsula growth pole with Qingdao and Jinan as the core,the Central plain growth pole with Zhengzhou as the core,and the Guanzhong growth pole with Xi’an as the core;In the basin,the Longhai-Lanxin,Beijing-Shanghai and Beijing-Guangzhou development axis have basically formed,and the Jingjin-Baokun development axis is under development;The scale and coverage of the spatial economic network continue to expand,showing the trend of multi-pole network;Therefore,it is recommended to build a multi-pole network spatial development pattern of the Yellow River Basin with"three-pole guidance,fivepoint support,axis and belt connection,network interconnection"to provide a more effective spatial organization foundation for the high-quality development in the whole basin.
