From Novel Narration to Symbolic Narratology

叙事是人类组织个人生存经验和社会文化经验的普遍方式,随着当代文化的“叙事转向”,越来越多的学者意识到应打破传统叙事学侧重于小说和电影这一倾向,更多的社会人文学科都应成为叙事学的研究对象。因此,叙事学应实现跨问题、跨媒介和跨范围研究,而作为研究一切包含叙事成分的文本的叙事学,符号叙事学将成为当前叙事学研究的发展趋势。

Narration is a common way for human beings to organize personal survival experience and social and cultural experience.With the“narrative turn”of contemporary culture,more and more scholars realize that traditional narratology should break away from the tendency of focusing on novels and movies,and the research objects of narratology should be more social humanities.Therefore,narratology should realize cross-problem,cross-media and cross-scope research.As a narratology that studies all texts containing narrative elements,symbolic narratology will become the development trend of current narratology research.
