从络病学角度探讨2型糖尿病并发脑梗死的病机演变

Discussion on Evolution of Pathogenesis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Cerebral Infarction From Perspective of Science of Collateral Disease

络病学具有重要的理论价值和临床价值。从络病学角度分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)并发脑梗死的病机演变,其病变是从局部到整体,再从整体到局部的演变过程。络脉气血功能异常、脑络瘀阻梗塞是T2DM并发脑梗死发生、加重的根本原因,临证时以治疗T2DM及络脉受损为基础,以通脑络为治疗重点,在辨别不同证候的基础上选用通脑络之药,如辛味通络药、虫类通络药、荣养络脉药等,对T2DM并发脑梗死的防治可以起到良好的效果。
