曾普华从“癌毒致虚”论治胃癌的学术经验

探析曾普华教授从“癌毒致虚”论治胃癌的学术经验。基于“癌毒致虚”理论,曾普华教授提出,胃癌治疗以解毒抗癌、扶正固本为基本原则,以益胃消积饮为基础方,分期论治,辨证施治。早期以解毒抗癌为主,扶正固本为辅;中期扶正固本与解毒抗癌并重;晚期以扶正固本为主,解毒抗癌为辅。此外,注重中西协同、全程管理、心身同治、药食同疗,在临床取得一定疗效。

To explore professor Zeng Puhua's academic experience in the treatment of gastric cancer based on the theory of“cancer toxicity causing deficiency”.Based on the theory of“cancer toxicity causing deficiency”,professor Zeng Puhua proposes that the treatment of gastric cancer should be based on the basic principles of detoxification and anti-cancer,supporting the healthy energy,and based on the formula of Yiwei Xiaoji Decoction,which should be treated by stages and syndrome differentiation.In the early stage,detoxification and anti-cancer are mainly used,while supporting the healthy energy are auxiliary;in the middle stage,supporting the healthy energy,detoxification and anti-cancer are equal;in the late stage,supporting the healthy energy are mainly used,detoxification and anti-cancer as a supplement.In addition,professor Zeng Puhua pays attention to the coordination between Chinese and western medicine,full participation in treatment,mind-body treatment,Chinese medicine and food treatment,and achieved certain curative effect in clinical practice.
