电网型基建项目风险防范措施的研究

Research on Risk Prevention Measures of Small Infrastructure Projects in Power Grid

电网小基建项目建设周期长,且投入资金较大,加上施工繁琐又复杂,极大地提升了项目风险隐患发生概率,做好针对电网小型基建项目风险防范工作,全面掌控各项风险隐患,实现安全有序完成电网小型基建项目建设。基于此,该文对电网小型基建项目基本内容进行分析,并对电网小型基项目风险防范必要性加以阐述,进一步探究电网型基建项目风险控制要点,提出加强质量风险防范、强化项目成本控制效果等几项措施,希望能为有效提升电网小型基建项目风险防范成效提供一些建议。

The construction period of power grid small infrastructure project is long,the investment is large,and the construction is cumbersome and complex,which greatly improves the probability of risk hidden danger of the project.We should do a good job in risk prevention of power grid small infrastructure project,comprehensively control the risk hidden danger,and realize the safe and orderly completion of power grid small infrastructure project.Based on this,this paper analyzes the basic contents of power grid small infrastructure projects,expounds the necessity of risk prevention of power grid small infrastructure projects,further explores the key points of risk control of power grid infrastructure projects,and puts forward several measures such as strengthening quality risk prevention and strengthening the effect of project cost control,It is hoped that some suggestions can be provided to effectively improve the risk prevention effectiveness of small infrastructure projects of power grid.
