质量是教育的核心,如何提升教育质量是现代学徒制需重点关注的一点。该文以A+雏鹰计划蓝思班课程为例,分析A+雏鹰计划蓝思班课程如何从顶层到底层进行设计,从而提升教育质量的。在顶层,苹果公司牵头,其供应链企业及其合作院校开展校企合作,三方共同培养优秀人才;中层,知名指教改革专家与14所院校及6家企业共同开发工学一体化创新课程;底层,不同院校内部根据实训设备及培养体系进行课程及教材的二次开发。

Quality is the core of education,and how to improve the quality of education is the key point of modern apprenticeship.This article takes the A+Eagle Plan Lens Technology Course as an example to analyze how the course is designed from the top to the bottom to improve the quality of education.At the top level,Apple Inc.takes the lead to carry out school-enterprise cooperation with its supply chain enterprises and its partner universities to jointly cultivate outstanding talents.Middle level,well-known reform experts and 14 colleges and 6 companies jointly develop innovative courses of engineering integration;At the bottom,secondary development of courses and teaching materials is carried out in different colleges and universities according to training equipment and training system.
