With the progress and development of the times,the library is developing towards a new and technological direction,and its service functions and work content have undergone tremendous changes,from the traditional information service type to the knowledge service type management gradually.It also puts forward higher requirements on the professional ability of its librarians.This article mainly discusses the professional competence requirements of librarians in the era of smart library,the core skills that they should possess,and the professional competence building strategies for analysis and research,hoping to comprehensively improve the quality of library services and create a scientific and relaxed reading environment.
