2013-2018年广西各级妇幼保健机构发展状况分析

The analysis on the development of maternal and child health care hospital in Guangxi:2013-2018

目的统计和分析2013-2018年广西各级妇幼保健机构的发展情况,为今后广西妇幼保健事业发展提供依据.方法采用动态数列等指标对广西各级妇幼保健机构卫生资源、诊疗情况及取得成果的变化趋势进行分析评价.采用对比分析法对广西妇幼保健机构数、床位数、卫生人员数、婴幼儿及孕产妇死亡率与各邻省及全国平均水平进行比较分析.采用相关分析法对广西妇幼保健卫生资源与诊疗情况等因素之间的关系进行分析.结果2018年末,广西妇幼保健机构资源配置方面:床位数增加至13924张(涨幅31.02%),卫生技术人员数增加至24751人(涨幅45.62%),诊疗人次增加至2091.2万人(涨幅39.19%);广西妇幼保健相关指标方面:新生儿死亡率下降至1.96‰,孕产妇死亡率下降至10.49/10万,住院分娩率上升至99.99%.广西城市妇幼保健机构发展情况优于农村妇幼保健机构.广西妇幼保健机构每千人口床位数和每千人口卫生人员数均优于邻省和全国水平.结论广西妇幼保健机构发展趋势整体向好,但也存在服务利用率偏低,卫生资源配置不合理等情况.

Objective Statistics and analysis on the development of maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangxi during 2013-2018,to provide basis for the development of maternal and child health care in the future.Methods The changing trend of health resources,diagnosis and treatment conditions and achievements of maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangxi were analyzed and evaluated by dynamic series and other indicators.The number of maternal and child health hospitals,beds and health technicians,and the mortality rate of infants,child and pregnant women in Guangxi were compared and analyzed with the situation of neighboring provinces and the whole country by comparative analysis method.Results By the end of 2018,in terms of the resource allocation of maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangxi:the number of beds increased to 13924(increased 31.02%),the number of health technicians increased to24751(increased 45.62%),and the number of diagnosis and treatment patients increased to 20.912 million(39.19%).In terms of indicators related to maternal and child health care in Guangxi,the neonatal mortality rate decreased to 1.96 per 1000,the maternal mortality rate decreased to 10.49 per 100000,and the rate of in-hospital childbirth increased to 99.99%.The development maternal and child health care hospitals in urban was better than that of rural ones.The number of beds per 1000 people and the number of health personnel per 1000 people in maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangxi were better than those in neighboring provinces and the national average level.Conclusion The development trend of maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangxi is improving on the whole,but also have some problems,such as low service utilization efficiency and unreasonable health resource allocation.
