随着当代社会的发展,农村地区的经济也得到了飞速的提升。我国是农业大国,因此,乡村振兴战略是符合国情的时代性战略,同时也是党的十九大作出的重大部署。乡村振兴战略实施背景下,人才作为发展的第一驱动力,是乡村振兴战略中最为核心的组成部分,更是实施乡村振兴战略的重要资源。

With the development of contemporary society,the economy of rural areas has also been promoted rapidly.China is a large agricultural country,so the strategy of rural revitalization is not only a contemporary strategy in line with national conditions,but also a major deployment made by the 19 th CPC National Congress.Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,talents,as the first driving force of development,are not only the core part of the rural revitalization strategy,but also an important resource for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
