Rural Heritage Hotels in China:A Modernistic Practice From the Soil

通过征集传统村落中以遗产资源为基础的住宿产业实例,中国古迹遗址保护协会组织推荐这类乡村旅舍中的“示范项目”,探索发现中国传统村落可持续发展的可能路径。本文通过分析“示范项目”的特征,揭示出“乡土中国”的经济社会文化形态在当下以一种全新的方式进行着再生产,形成了更具包容性和开放性的现代式乡土实践。

The Best Practices of China's Rural Heritage Hotel is awarded by ICOMOS China.It aims at promoting outstanding examples of hotels in particular association with rural heritage resources,thereby exploring feasible paths to the sustainable development of Chinese villages.The article examines the characteristics of the enlisted hotels.We argue that rural social relations traditionally seen by FEI Xiaotong as"China from the Soil"are reproduced in an innovative way,which has formed a more inclusive and open pattern of rural lifestyle in today's China.
