摘要 针对低压台区户变关系不准确影响台区线损治理、三相不平衡治理和故障抢修等业务的开展,现有识别方法无法兼顾识别准确率和供电可靠性的问题,文中提出了一种基于特征电流信号的户变关系识别方法,电能表作为信号发送端通过通断负载的方式产生特定频率、携带特征信息的谐波电流,变压器低压侧信号接收端采用滑动离散傅里叶变换(DFT)进行实时信号提取解码,通过与特征二进制信息的对比确定户变关系,通过三相电流信号幅值对比确定所属相位。现场试点验证结果表明,文中方法能够准确识别户变关系,且投切过程产生谐波电流低于相国家标准应限值,具有极大的推广价值。 Since the inexact user-transformer relation in low-voltage area network influences the business development of line loss management,three-phase unbalanced management,breakdown rescue,etc.severely,and the current identification method cannot consider both the identification accuracy and power supply reliability,a user-transformer relation identification method based on characteristic current signal is proposed in this paper.In this method,the electricity meter,as the signal sender,is applied to generate the harmonic current with specific frequency and characteristic information by the load resistance switching,the sliding discrete Fourier transform(DFT)is adopted to extract and decode the signal in real time at the receiver of low voltage side of transformer,and then,the user-transformer relation is obtained through the comparison with target code bits,and the phase affiliation is determined by the comparison among three-phase current magnitude.The results of field pilot show that the proposed method in this paper can identify the user-transformer relation accurately,and the harmonic current produced lower than the limit value of national standard,which has good application effect and popularization value.
