温州高新技术企业竞争力评价分析

Competitiveness Evaluation and Analysis of High-tech Enterprises in Wenzhou

“浙江省高新技术企业创新能力百强”是省科技厅委托浙江省科技信息研究院组织开展的科技领域评选工作,评选结果作为创新型领军企业评选的参考条件,是衡量区域创新能力的重要参考指标。近几年,温州参评企业数不断增加,但最终入选企业非常少,与环杭州湾城市群如杭州、宁波、嘉兴、绍兴差距拉大,在全省处于第二梯队末端。该文基于浙江技术创新能力百强企业评价体系,在综合分析温州创新能力的基础上,剖析当前温州高新技术企业创新能力全省排名靠后原因,进而提出提升温州企业技术创新能力的具体对策。

"Top 100 High-tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province"is the selection work in the field of science and technology organized by Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology Information entrusted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology.The results of the selection are the reference conditions for the selection of innovative leading enterprises,and the important reference index to measure the regional innovation ability.In recent years,the number of participating enterprises in our city has been increasing,but very few enterprises have been selected.The gap between our city and Hangzhou Bay urban agglomeration such as Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jiaxing and Shaoxing has been wide,and our city is at the end of the second echelon in the whole province.Based on the evaluation system of top 100 enterprises of technological innovation ability in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the reasons why Wenzhou’s high-tech enterprises rank low in the province’s innovation ability on the basis of comprehensive analysis of Wenzhou’s innovation ability,and then puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the technological innovation ability of Wenzhou enterprises.
