The Path Analysis of Audit Assisting Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大报告明确提出了乡村振兴战略,指出要坚持农业农村优先发展,按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求,加快推进农业农村现代化。审计是国家监督体系的重要组成部分,是国家经济社会建设的助推器。在乡村振兴战略中,一方面,可以利用审计的监督、评价、反馈与促进作用踏实推进乡村振兴;另一方面,还可以利用审计促进农业院校发展,从而培养更优秀的专业人才为乡村振兴战略服务。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and pointed out that we should adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in accordance with the five general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.on the other hand,audit is an important part of the national supervision system and a booster of the national economic and social construction.In the strategy of rural revitalization,on the one hand,we can use the supervision,evaluation,feedback and promotion of audit to promote rural revitalization;on the other hand,we can also use audit to promote the development of agricultural colleges and universities,so as to cultivate more excellent professionals to serve the rural Revitalization Strategy.
