摘要
该文以企业人力资源管理为研究对象,站在优化改革的角度,围绕工业工程视角下的人力资源管理发展趋势展开研究。首先,在对工业工程、人力资源管理二者各自内涵、特点等进行简要概述的基础上,分析了二者之间的内在关系;其次,基于人力资源管理特点以及需要,对工业工程在人力资源管理中所发挥的作用进行了介绍;最后,站在人才战略的高度,对工业工程视角下人力资源管理发展趋势进行了科学预判。希望能够通过以下研究,可以为企业管理者合理运用工业工程开展人力资源管理优化工作提供更多的借鉴。
This article takes corporate human resource management as the research object,from the perspective of optimization reform,and conducts research on the development trend of human resource management from the perspective of industrial engineering.First,on the basis of a brief overview of the respective connotations and characteristics of industrial engineering and human resource management,the internal relationship between the two is analyzed;secondly,based on the characteristics and needs of human resource management,the role played in management is introduced;finally,from the perspective of talent strategy,the development trend of human resource management from the perspective of industrial engineering is scientifically predicted.It is hoped that the following research can provide more reference for business managers to use industrial engineering to optimize human resource management.
