浅谈应用型本科院校学前教育专业建设的创新方法

摘要 作为我国最主要的教育工作者,教师这一行业愈发受到社会各界的关注。其中,幼师作为主要负责幼儿教学的幼儿师范生。但幼儿师范生面对的学生年龄尚小,心智还未发展成熟,教学难度较高。但是就目前来看,部分本科院校在对幼师人才进行培养时培养方式过于传统,重理论、轻实践,导致培养出的人才缺乏一定的社会适应性,不符合社会的要求。为此,该文就当前本科院校学前教育专业建设现状进行了分析,发现了应用型本科院校学前教育专业建设过程中存在的问题,希望可以进一步促进我国本科院校学前教育专业的发展。 As the most important educator in our country,the profession of teachers has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life.Among them,kindergarten teachers are mainly responsible for children’s teaching.However,preschool normal students are still young,immature and difficult to teach.However,at present,some colleges and universities in the training of kindergarten teachers are too traditional,focusing on theory and neglecting practice.As a result,the trained talents lack certain social adaptability and do not meet the requirements of the society.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of preschool education major construction in undergraduate colleges,and finds out the problems existing in the process of preschool education major construction in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,hoping to further promote the development of preschool education major in undergraduate colleges in China.
