高校辅导员素质能力大赛是高校辅导员进行技能分享、理论提升、高唱主旋律、壮大正能量的工作载体和重要抓手,是不断提升高校辅导员理论功底、职业能力和专业素养的重要路径。该文通过辅导员素质能力大赛的视角,研究比赛中辅导员经常出现的问题、辅导员需要提升的技能种类和方式,从而真正发挥出大赛“以赛促学、以赛代训、以赛促改”的目的。

The College Counselor Quality Competence Competition is a work carrier and an important starting point for college counselors to share skills,improve theories,sing the main theme,and strengthen positive energy.It is an important path to continuously improve college counselors’theoretical foundation,professional ability and professional quality.From the perspective of counselor quality and ability competition,this paper studies the problems often occurred by counselors in the competition,the types and methods of skills that counselors need to improve,so as to truly give full play to the purpose of"promoting learning,training and reform through competition".
