民间龙舟赛事组织管理的高质量规制分析

Analysis on High Quality Regulation of Organization and Management of Folk Dragon Boat Race

该文主要围绕民间龙舟赛事的规制问题展开,采用文献查阅、实地调研等方法进行研究,结果显示:近年来,民间龙舟赛事的举办越来越多,但在赛事的组织与管理中存在赛事保障机制不完善、运动员的参赛资格纠纷、运动员和观众的暴力等问题。为了更好地促进民间龙舟赛事的有序开展,以江西省某地民间龙舟赛事为例,分析其赛事存在的问题并提出建议,以便民间龙舟赛事在全民健身运动中起到应有的作用。

Focusing on the regulation of folk dragon boat race,using the methods of document review and field research,the results show that:in recent years,folk dragon boat race has been held more and more,but there are some problems in the organization and management of the race,such as imperfect guarantee mechanism,athletes’qualification disputes,violence between athletes and spectators.In order to better promote the orderly development of folk dragon boat race,taking a folk dragon boat race in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the race and puts forward some suggestions,so that the folk dragon boat race can play its due role in the national fitness movement.
