东山杨梅园规划与乡村休闲观光农业发展初探

在国家乡村振兴战略的大背景下,实现乡村休闲观光产业的个性化、特色化发展尤其重要。休闲观光农业建设包含两个关键要素,一是本地特色农业产业建设,二是特色旅游策划与旅游基础设施建设。基于此,文章以苏州东山杨梅观光果园规划设计为例,分析了研究区的产业状况、现状优势、面临问题,阐述了规划方案的品牌形象设计、规划构思、功能分区和专项规划,为探讨乡村休闲农业产业发展提供了一定的参考依据。

In the context of National Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is especially important to realize the personalized and characteristic development of rural leisure and tourism industry.The construction of leisure and sightseeing agriculture includes two key elements.Firstly,it is vital to build agricultural industries with local characteristics.Secondly,it includes the planning of special and featured tourism and tourism infrastructure construction.Based on this,this paper takes the planning and design of Dongshan Bayberry Sightseeing Garden in Suzhou as an example,and analyzes the present industrial status,current situation,as well as the advantages and the problems of the researched area.Besides,this paper elaborates the brand image design,planning conception,functional zoning and special planning of the planning scheme,thus providing a certain reference basis for discussing the development of rural leisure agriculture industry.
