Under the background of increasingly aging population,education for the elderly in Hebei Province has been unable to bear the diversified,deep-rooted and personalized educational demands of the elderly in the new era due to its single educational subject,uneven resource distribution,lack of professional teachers and outdated content and form.How to break through this dilemma,effectively expand the supply scale of education and improve the quality of education supply for the elderly has become an urgent problem facing the development of education for the elderly in the new era.Taking the situation into consideration,Hebei Province focuses on the organic integration of the elderly education and old-age life.It has been constantly practicing and exploring,sublimating knowledge and summarizing experience to promote the sustainable development of education for the elderly in the aspects of realizing diversified supply,encouraging education union,promoting curriculum reform,expanding education channels,cultivating professional talents and so on,and vigorously promote the sustainable development of education for the elderly.
