免疫吸附治疗类风湿关节炎的应用综述

A review of the application of immunosorbent in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

免疫吸附是一种免疫净化手段,可清除患者体内的自身抗体、免疫复合物等致病物质,因此,被应用于风湿免疫科的相关疾病。近年来,免疫吸附被越来越广泛应用于治疗类风湿关节炎,并取得较好的临床效果,因此,本文以综述的形式总结免疫吸附在治疗类风湿关节炎中的作用,为后续推广免疫吸附治疗类风湿关节炎提供依据。

Immunoadsorption is a means of immune purification,which can remove the own antibodies of patient's body,immune complex and other pathogenic substances,so it has been applied in rheumatology immunology related diseases.In recent years,immunosorbent has been more and more widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and achieved good clinical results.Therefore,this paper summarized the role of immunosorbent in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in the form of a review,so as to provide basis for the subsequent promotion of immunosorbent in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
