本文以宝塔异型铝铆钉铆制工艺为例,分析了常用铆制工艺及其存在的缺陷,结合生产实践,给出了一种新的铆制工艺方案,克服了传统工艺的弊病,提高了铆制产品质量。

Taking the riveting process of pagoda shaped aluminum rivet as an example,this paper analyzes the common riveting process and its defects,and puts forward a new riveting process scheme combined with production practice,which overcomes the disadvantages of traditional process and improves the quality of riveted products.
