革命博物(纪念)馆旅游感知形象对比研究--以井冈山革命博物馆与延安革命纪念馆为例 被引量:4

摘要 运用文本内容分析和IPA模型相结合的方法,研究大数据视野下游客的井冈山革命博物馆与延安革命纪念馆的红色旅游感知形象。收集携程、马蜂窝等国内知名旅游网站上有关两馆的游客评价文本,使用Rost Content Mining 6软件分析统计出井冈山革命博物馆与延安革命纪念馆旅游感知形象的高频词,绘制语义网络分析图;运用IPA分析法,构建分析模型,得出两馆游客的旅游体验要素结构和游客体验质量的评价,并进行对比分析。结果表明:两馆旅游性价比高,红色文化感知深刻;家庭出游体验和个人情感体验也都在较高水平;游客的旅游形象感知大都持积极态度,但同时也存在部分游客对两馆的内部管理持消极态度的情况。应增添先进的演示技术设备、加强培训工作,改善工作人员服务态度、增强红色教育作用,以提高游客满意度。 The aim of this paper is to analysis the tourism perception images of Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum and Yan'an Revolutionary Museum based on web-text data from tourism websites by using the method of combining Web-text analysis and IPA analysis.ROST CM6 software has been used to analyze high-frequency words and semantic network analysis chart of tourism perceived images of Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum and Yan'an Revolutionary Museum.IPA analysis hasbeen used to build analysis model of the essential factor of tourist experience,the evaluation of tourist experience quality.The results show:most of the tourists hold positive attitudes towards the tourism perceived images of the two museums,the high-cost performance,family experience and personal emotional experience of Red tourism were also maintained a relatively high level.But at the same time,some tourists hold negative attitudes towards the management of the two museums.Based on the results,some suggestions such as adding advanced technology and equipment,improve the training of staff and enhancing the function of Red education are put forward.
