摘要
评教是教学质量保障的重要环节,是教学质量建设的重点和难点。为提高评教工作的实效性,龙岩学院对过程性随堂评教进行探索和实践,主要表现为优化评教时间、改进评教方式以及促进评教结果反馈和应用等,相较于传统的结果性评教,过程性评教能有效促进评教工作成效。根据工作实际,建议从引导师生树立正确的评教理念、建立学生评教激励机制、优化教学评价指标体系、合理应用评教结果四个方面进一步健全评教机制。
Teaching evaluation is an important link of teaching quality guarantee and the key and difficult point of teaching quality construction.In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching evaluation,Longyan University tries to explore and practice the process in-house teaching evaluation,which is mainly reflected in optimizing the teaching evaluation time,improving the teaching evaluation methods,and promoting the feedback and application of teaching evaluation results.Compared with the traditional result evaluation,the process evaluation can effectively promote the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.According to the actual work,it is suggested to further improve the teaching evaluation mechanism in four aspects:guiding teachers and students to establish a correct concept of teaching evaluation,establishing an incentive mechanism for students'teaching evaluation,optimizing the teaching evaluation index system,and reasonably applying the results of teaching evaluation.
