外伤性脑梗死患者睡眠障碍现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the Status of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Traumatic Cerebral Infarction and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

目的:探究外伤性脑梗死患者睡眠障碍现状及影响因素。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年2月兴宁市人民医院收治的颅脑损伤患者86例作为研究对象,按照是否发生外伤性脑梗死分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=45)。观察组为外伤性脑梗死,对照组为未发生外伤性脑梗死。调查2组睡眠质量,并分析睡眠障碍影响因素。结果:观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),影响因素为年龄、梗死部位、神经功能缺损程度、抑郁状态及合并基础病。结论:颅脑损伤患者并发外伤性脑梗死极易发生睡眠障碍,需据上述影响因素加强防护。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of sleep disorders in traumatic cerebral infarction patients and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 86 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to Xingning People′s Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to whether traumatic cerebral infarction occurred,they were divided into observation group(n=41 cases)and control group(n=45 cases).The observation group was traumatic cerebral infarction,and the control group was non-occurring.The sleep quality of the two groups was investigated,and the influencing factors of sleep disorders were analyzed.Results:The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The influencing factors were age,infarct site,degree of neurological deficit,state of depression and complicated basic disease.Conclusion:Patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with post-traumatic cerebral infarction are prone to sleep disorders,and protection should be strengthened according to the above influencing factors.
