幽门螺旋杆菌根治联合睡眠干预对消化性溃疡患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Radical Therapy Combined with Sleep Intervention on Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨幽门螺旋杆菌根治联合睡眠干预治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月滦平县中医院胃肠中心收治的幽门螺旋杆菌阳性患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。其中对照组患者应用常规幽门螺旋杆菌根治法进行治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上增加睡眠干预进行治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)量表评估患者睡眠质量,观察并记录2组患者的治疗特点。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率83.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺旋杆菌根治联合睡眠干预可有效改善消化性溃疡的发生,提高患者生命质量,取得理想效果,可推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of helicobacter pylori radical therapy combined with sleep intervention in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 120 cases of helicobacter pylori positive patients admitted to the Gastrointestinal Center of Luanping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine helicobacter pylori radical therapy,while the observation group was treated with sleep intervention on the basis of routine treatment.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the patients,and the treatment characteristics of the two groups were observed and recorded.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Helicobacter pylori eradication combined with sleep intervention can effectively improve the occurrence of peptic ulcer,improve the quality of life of patients,and achieve ideal results,which can be widely used.
