肢体脉冲式气压治疗仪联合中医穴位贴敷预防产后下肢深静脉血栓的效果及对产妇睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Pulse Pressure Therapy of Limb Combined with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Preventive Effect of Postpartum DVT of Lower Limb and Effect on Sleep Quality of Puerpera

目的:探究肢体脉冲式气压治疗仪联合中医穴位贴敷预防产后下肢深静脉血栓(Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT)的价值。方法:选取2020年3月至2020年12月广州市荔湾区妇幼保健院产科收治的剖宫产分娩的产妇116例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组以中医穴位贴敷治疗,观察组基于对照组联用脉冲式气压治疗仪,比较2组下肢血流瘀滞、下肢肿胀及疼痛的发生率、睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组下肢血流瘀滞、下肢肿胀及疼痛的发生率、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位贴敷联合脉冲式气压治疗仪可预防产后下肢DVT,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the value and effect of limb pulse pneumatic therapy instrument combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in preventing postpartum deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs.Methods:A total of 116 parturients undergoing cesarean section treated in the Guangzhou Liwan Maternity and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application of TCM,and the observation group were treated by pulse type pneumatic therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.Compared the incidence of lower limb blood stasis,lower limb swelling and pain and sleep quality score of the two groups.Results:The incidence of lower limb blood stasis,lower limb swelling and pain and sleep quality score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of TCM combined with pulse pneumatic therapy instrument can prevent DVT of lower limbs and improve sleep quality after delivery.
