儿保科与康复科相结合模式对高危儿童生命功能管理及睡眠质量研究

Study on the Life Function Management and Sleep Quality of High Risk Children in the Mode of Combination of Child Care Department and Rehabilitation Department

目的:儿保科与康复科相结合模式对高危儿发育筛查及早期干预的临床研究。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的新生高危儿156例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。观察组采用康复科联合儿保科医护管理措施,对照组采用常规康复干预管理,比较2组患儿的综合护理满意率、护理有效率、患儿的生命功能改善情况。结果:观察组综合满意率为97.44%,对照组综合满意率为88.46%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无效1例(1.28%),对照组无效7例(8.97%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿的睡眠质量、生理功能、情志功能明显改善,且观察组好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:康复科联合儿保科医护管理模式效果好,不仅可以改善高危儿发育问题,还可以帮助其提高临床医护满意率和有效率,进而提升其生命质量。

Objective:To study the development screening and early intervention of high-risk infants in the mode of combination of child protection department and rehabilitation department.Methods:A total of 156 cases of high-risk newborns in People′s Hospital of Lingcheng District from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 78 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with health care management measures of rehabilitation department combined with child care department,and the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention management.The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate,nursing efficiency and improvement of children′s life function of the two groups were compared.Results:The comprehensive satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%,and that of the control group was 88.46%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One case(1.28%)in the observation group was invalid,and 7 cases(8.97%)in the control group were invalid,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality,physiological function and emotional function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health care management mode of rehabilitation department combined with child care department is good,which can improve the development problems of high-risk children,help them improve the satisfaction rate and efficiency of clinical care,and improve the quality of life function.
