摘要
目的:探究护理干预对学龄前儿童睡眠问题及心理行为发育的影响。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年5月厦门市仙岳医院收治的存在睡眠问题的学龄前儿童33例作为研究对象进行护理干预。比较护理前后患儿的睡眠习惯评分[儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ评分)]、长处与困难问卷评分(SDQ评分)、智力评估[比奈西蒙量表(Binet-Simon量表)评分和韦氏幼儿智力量表(WPPSI-IV量表)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患儿CSHQ评分、SDQ评分、Binet-Simon量表及WPPSI-IV量表评分均明显改善,且PSQI评分显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可明显改善学龄前儿童睡眠问题及心理行为发育,也可显著改善儿童睡眠质量,提高儿童智力。
Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention for preschoolers′sleep problems and psychological and behavioral development.Methods:33 preschoolers with sleep problems in Xianyue Hospital of Xiamen City from August 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects for nursing intervention.Then the sleep status[Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ score)],strength and difficulty questionnaire(SDQ),intelligence situation[Binet-Simon(Binet Simon scale)and Wechsler Infant Intelligence Scale(WPPSI-IV scale)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]of Before and after nursing were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the children′s blood pressure decreased The total scores of CSHQ,SDQ,Binet-Simon scale and WPPSI-IV scale scores were significantly improved,the PSQI score decreased significantlywas(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving children′s intelligence Nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep problems and psychological and behavioral development of preschool children,also can significantly improve the sleep quality and intelligence of children.
