心理护理对急诊手术患者睡眠时间的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Psychological Nursing on Sleep Time of Patients Undergoing Emergency Surgery

目的:观察心理护理对急诊手术患者睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年9月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的急诊手术患者158例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组79例。对照组采用常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组护理的基础上联合心理护理,对2组的结果进行比较。结果:入院前2组睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术前后的睡眠时间均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术前2组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、心率水平、肾上腺素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);术后观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、心率、肾上腺素水平优于对照组,且观察组心率加快、血压升高、神经损伤等不良反应发生率均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊手术患者实施心理护理,可保证患者睡眠时间充足,改善患者的不良情绪与生理指标,还可降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on sleep time of patients undergoing emergency surgery.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,158 patients admitted to Bengbu No.3 People′s Hospital for emergency surgery were randomly selected for study,and the patients were divided into two groups based on different intervention modes,with 79 patients in each group.Control group routine perioperative nursing intervention,observation group in the control group on the basis of psychological nursing,access to the two groups of nursing data,and the application of statistical methods to compare.Results:there was no significant difference in sleep duration between the two groups(P>0.05).The preoperative and postoperative sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).HAMA score,HAMD score,heart rate and adrenaline level of the two groups before operation showed no significant difference(P>0.05).HAMA score,HAMD score,heart rate and epinephrine level in the observation group after surgery were better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as accelerated heart rate,elevated blood pressure and nerve injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing for patients undergoing emergency surgery can ensure adequate sleep time,improve the emotional state and physiological indicators of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
