康复护理对关节镜治疗骨性关节炎术后患者生命质量和睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Rahabilitation Nursing on the Quality of Life and Sleep of Patints after Arthroscopic Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨康复护理对关节镜治疗骨性关节炎术后患者生命质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取来我院接受关节镜治疗的骨性关节炎患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组患者给予康复护理,对照组患者则给予常规护理,比较2组患者膝关节功能恢复的优良率和2组患者的生命质量(SF-36)及睡眠质量(PSQI)评分。结果:护理后观察组患者膝关节功能的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前2组患者的睡眠质量及生命质量评分比较,差异均没有统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后2组患者的睡眠质量及生命质量评分均比治疗前有明显的改善(均P<0.05),但观察组患者比对照组的改善更加明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:关节镜治疗骨性关节炎术后患者的康复护理能明显促进其关节功能的恢复,明显提高患者的生命质量及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of rahabilitation nursing on the quality of life and sleep of patints after arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 84 cases osteoarthritis who were treated in Jizhong Energy Xingtai Mining Group Co.,LTD.General Hospital as the research objects.The observation group were given rehabilition,While the contro group were given rehabilitation nursing.Then the quality of life and sleep of patients in the two groups were compated.Results:The excellent and good rate of kness join function in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.There was no statistically signifivcant differenc in sleep quality and life quality before intervention,After intervention,the sleep quality and life quality betweet the two groups befor interveion,the sleep quality and life quality of the observation group was more obvious.Conclusion:Postoperative rehabilitation nursing after arthroscop in the treatment of osteoathritis,Significantly improve the quality of life and sleep,which is worthy to be promoted and application.
