循证护理对耳鼻喉科住院患者睡眠质量和护理满意度的影响

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Sleep Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Inpatients in Otolaryngology Department

目的:研究循证护理对耳鼻喉科转院患者睡眠质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月牡丹江医学院附属第二医院耳鼻喉科收治的患者100例作为研究对象,按照抛硬币法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者按照循证护理模式进行护理,对照组患者进行常规护理,比较2组患者的睡眠质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能够有效改善耳鼻喉科住院患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中广泛推广和使用。

Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients transferred to otolaryngology department.Methods:A total of 100 patients in the Otolaryngology Department,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the coin tossing method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were nursed according to the evidence-based nursing mode,while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of inpatients in otolaryngology department and improve patients′nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of extensive promotion and use in clinical practice.
