米氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的疗效及对患者症状改善及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Mirtazapine Combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the Treatment of Depression with Sleep Disorders and Its Effect on Symptom Improvement and Sleep Quality

目的:探析对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者应用米氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗的临床价值及对其症状改善、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年3月广州市第一人民医院收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者92例作为研究对象,按照双盲法划分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组接受草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组接受米氮平+草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。评价及比较2组的症状改善情况、睡眠质量。结果:观察组的抑郁症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者应用米氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,可明显改善抑郁症状,提高患者睡眠质量,是一种可行的治疗选择。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of mirtazapine combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depression patients with sleep disorders and the effect on symptom improvement and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 92 patients with depression and sleep disorders admitted to Guangzhou First People′s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate,and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine and escitalopram oxalate.The symptom improvement and sleep quality of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The score of depression symptoms in observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mirtazapine combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and sleep quality,which is a feasible treatment option.
