太极拳对密闭狭小环境72 h睡眠剥夺受试者脑电活动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究太极拳练习对密闭狭小环境72 h睡眠剥夺男性受试者脑电功率谱的影响。方法:选取6名28~37岁健康中青年男性作为研究对象,受试者进行密闭狭小环境72 h的睡眠剥夺,在试验的前1天、第1天、第2天、第3天同一时段分别进行10 min的太极拳练习,每次练习前后记录额叶安静脑电2 min,进行脑电功率谱的比较分析。结果:1)密闭狭小环境72 h睡眠剥夺后,受试者前额叶δ波、θ波、α1波、α2波、β1波和β1波均值都升高,与睡眠剥夺前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2)太极拳练习之后(干预后),睡眠剥夺受试者δ波、θ波、α1波、α2波、β1波和β2波均值降低,和干预前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),有些波段甚至恢复到了最初的基线水平;γ1波和γ2波均值在太极拳练习后开始(第1天)减低,后2天升高。结论:在密闭狭小环境72 h睡眠剥夺条件下进行太极拳练习,可以引起脑电尤其是低频成分活动的降低,提示在此条件下练习太极拳能够调节受试者的困倦程度和警觉性,使之趋向于一种放松、清醒的协调工作状态。 Objective:The present study investigated the influence of Tai Chi training during sleep deprivation in narrow and sealed environment by recoding and analyzing EEG activity.Methods:The participants were 6 middle-aged Chinese male(30~37 years old).They were asked to retain sleep deprivation for 72 h in narrow and sealed environment and conducted Tai Chi training for 10 min at the same time in the former day,the first day,the second day and the third day.The resting EEG signals were recorded for 2 min before and after each training session.Results:1)After 72 hours of sleep deprivation in a confined environment,the mean value of the subjects′prefrontal lobeδwave,θwave,α1 wave,α2 wave,β1 wave andβ2 wave were increased significantly.Compared with before sleep deprivation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)After Tai Chi exercise(after intervention),sleep deprived subjects′δwave,θwave,α1 wave,α2 wave,β1 wave andβ2 wave decreased significantly compared with that before intervention(Ps<0.05),and some bands even recovered to the original baseline level;γ1 wave andγ2 wave decreased after Tai Chi practice(day 1)and increased in the next two days.Conclusion:Tai Chi training can reduce the low frequency activity of EEG signals under the condition of 72 h sleep deprivation in narrow and sealed environment,indicating that this training produce positive influence for attention and relaxation as well as alerting in extreme living environment.
