Engineering Application of Prefabricated Concrete Pavement Technology

水泥混凝土路面是我国各等级公路与城市道路主要的路面结构形式之一。预制装配式混凝土路面技术利用装配式结构的优点,有效缩短水泥混凝土路面施工及维修的时间;而且混凝土路面板在预制场内进行标准化制作,使用寿命大幅提高,具有绿色、安全、环保、节能等社会效益。以在建项目为依托,对预制装配式路面板块设计、接缝处理及传荷技术、预制、安装拼接工艺及层间处理等进行了工程应用,总结了施工实践经验。

Cement concrete pavement is one of the main pavement structure forms of various grades of highways and urban roads in our country,but it has been affected by many problems in the application process.The application technology of prefabricated concrete pavement uses the advantages of fabricated structure to effectively shorten the construction and maintenance time of cement concrete pavement;and the standardized production of concrete pavement slabs in the prefabricated yard can greatly increase its service life.It has green,safe,environmentally friendly,energy saving and other advantages.Relying on the projects under construction,the design of prefabricated and assembled road slabs,joint treatment and load transfer technology,prefabrication,installation and splicing technology and interlayer treatment have been applied in practice,and the construction experience has been summed up.
