摘要
GAC-16型沥青混凝土面层具有密实、抗滑性能好、便于施工和高温抗车辙能力好等优点,近年来在广东等湿热多雨地区的高速公路中得到了广泛的推广和应用。通过目标配合比设计、生产配合比设计及配合比性能验证和现场施工质量控制,应用基于红外温度差热成像扫描快速无损检测技术,对施工后的路面进行全断面渗水系数和均匀性进行检测,为GAC-16型沥青混凝土面层施工过程中进行动态的质量控制提供实践经验。
GAC-16 asphalt concrete surface has the advantages of good compactness,anti-skid performance,easy construction and good resistance to rutting at high temperature.In recent years,it has been widely promoted and applied in expressways in hot,humid and rainy areas such as Guangdong.Through target mix design,production mix design and mix ratio performance verification and on-site construction quality control,the application of infrared temperature difference thermal imaging scanning rapid non-destructive testing technology has been used to detect the full-section water seepage coefficient and uniformity of the pavement after construction,which could provide practical experience for dynamic quality control during construction of GAC-16 asphalt concrete surface course.
