摘要
针对肇阳高速公路阳阳段隧道旧水泥混凝土路面抗滑性能快速衰减、影响行车安全的工况,采用UTAC-8超薄沥青混凝土罩面进行2cm厚度的加铺。在明确原材料质量控制指标和目标、生产配合比设计的基础上,对施工工艺、工后质量进行总结和分析。实践表明,UTAC-8超薄罩面对隧道原水泥混凝土路面行驶质量和抗滑性能有明显改善。
In view of rapid decay of anti-skid performance of the old cement concrete pavement of tunnels at Yangyang Section of Zhaoyang Expressway,which affects driving safety,the UTAC-8 ultra-thin asphalt concrete overlay technology has been used for 2cm thick overlay.On the basis of clarifying the quality control indicators and targets of raw materials and design of production mix ratio,the construction process and post-construction quality have been summed up and analyzed.Practice has shown that UTAC-8 ultra-thin cover has a significant improvement in driving quality and anti-skid performance of the original cement road surface of the tunnel.
