摘要
《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/T 3650-2020)对预应力孔道压浆材料作出了新的规定,其中水胶比为0.26~0.28,但对压浆料的配合比设计尚无具体规定,某些试验人员设计出来的配合比难以达到要求;对压浆料的试验方法及仪器也不详尽,造成同一种材料在不同方法和仪器下的试验结果容易出现差异。根据《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/T 3650-2020)中后张孔道压浆浆液的性能指标及《公路工程预应力孔道灌浆料(剂)》(JT/T 946-2014),结合实践经验,提出了压浆料配合比设计方法及孔道压浆浆液试验检测存在的主要问题和解决方法。
The"Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts"(JTG/T 3650-2020)stipulates the water-binder ratio 0.26~0.28 for the grouting mix ratio of the prestressed ducts,but there is no specific regulation on the mix ratio design of the grouting.Some mix ratio design cannot meet the requirements;the test methods and instruments for the grouting slurry are not detailed enough,which causes the test results of the same material to be different under different methods and instruments.According to the"Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts"(JTG/T 3650-2020),the performance indicators of the post-tensioned grouting slurry and the"Highway Engineering Prestressed Duct Grouting(agent)"(JT/T 946-2014),being combined with practice experience,the main problems and solutions in the design of the slurry mixture ratio,test and detection of the pore slurry have been put forward.
