固化技术在临海淤泥地质基坑施工中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 汕头市苏埃通道北岸龙湖沟段隧道与苏埃海湾相邻,河道底为淤泥地质,采用明挖暗埋法施工,开挖基坑时需将龙湖沟部分河道进行封闭回填。为了确保承载力满足施工机械、设备以及修筑便道的稳定性,如何处理河道底部深厚的淤泥地质,需要采取针对性的解决措施。实践表明,与传统的软基处理工艺如清淤换填相比,采用淤泥固化技术可满足地基承载力要求,较大幅度地提高施工效率,节约施工成本。 LonghugouTunnel on the northern bank of Suai Channel in Shantou City is adjacent to Suai Bay with silt at the bottom of the channel,when using open and hidden excavation method,it is necessary to close and backfill part of the channel of Longhugou for excavating foundation pit.In order to ensure bearing capacity to meet stability requirements of machinery,equipment and construction road,it is necessary to take targeted measures for dealing with the deep silt at the bottom of the channel.In this paper,the practice has shown that,being compared with the usual soft foundation treatment technology,such as dredging and filling,the sludge solidification technology can greatly improve the construction efficiency and save the construction cost.
