摘要
针对高速公路精准收费、数据拟合、路径还原、稽核打逃等问题,提出了一种基于收费流水、车牌识别等多数据融合并整合外场硬件的路径还原方法和相应的系统应用。利用智能高速引擎和交通视觉计算,通过视频自动捕捉车辆车牌,利用后台数据分析和在线计费服务接口,将目标车辆的入口和途经门架数据以电子地图路径规划的模式向用户展示,用于收费站现场实时查询,提升收费特情解决效率。
Aiming at the problems of expressway precise toll collection,data fitting,path restoration,auditing and evasion,a path restoration method and corresponding system application based on the integration of multiple data such as toll flow,license plate recognition and integration of field hardware have been proposed.Using intelligent high-speed engine and traffic visual computing,automatically capturing vehicle license plates through video,using background data analysis and online billing service interface,the target vehicle entrance and pathway mast data have been displayed to users in the mode of electronic map path planning and real-time inquiries at toll booths,to improve the efficiency of special situation processing for tolling.
