金融发展与对外直接投资:一个文献综述

Financial Development and OFDI:A Literature Review

自工业革命之后,世界各国经济呈现出不同的增长趋势,经济学家便着眼于对影响经济增长的因素进行研究,分析发现金融发展往往通过影响全要素生产率进而推动经济增长,而后有关金融发展的理论和实证研究应运而生。与此同时,伴随着全球一体化进程不断深化,金融发展被用于解释一国对外直接投资行为上来。对这些理论与实证研究进行综述,不仅能够使学者更准确地把握以往国内外关于金融发展与对外直接投资之间研究的现状,而且可以为中国制定金融发展相关政策提供启示。

Since the Industrial Revolution,the world s economies have shown different growth trends,economists have focused on the factors affecting economic growth,analysis found that financial development often by affecting total factor productivity to promote economic growth,and then the theory and empirical research on financial development emerged.At the same time,with the deepening of the process of global integration,financial development is used to explain the behavior of enterprises OFDI.A review of these theoretical and empirical studies can not only enable scholars to more accurately grasp the factors affecting the conduct of foreign direct investment by enterprises,but also provide enlightenment for China to formulate policies related to financial development.
