欧亚一体化设想背景下中俄跨境问题研究(二)

On Sino-Russian Cross-Border Issues under the Background of Eurasian Integration(Ⅱ)

中俄两国跨境地区相互协作有新的趋势,中俄两国政府试图采取新的方法和手段在欧亚空间实现一体化构想。因此,笔者建议摒弃在欧亚大陆西部“互联互通”的设想,把更多目光转移到欧亚大陆东部及北太平洋地区,在中俄相互协作基础上吸引更多国家参与欧亚东部地区的经济基础建设并构建稳定的地区安全体系。

There is a new trend in cross-border cooperation between China and Russia—Chinese and Russian governments try to adopt new methods and means to realize integration in Eurasian space.To this end,the author puts forward the following suggestions:abandoning the assumption of“interconnectivity”in the western part of Eurasia,giving more attention to the eastern part of Eurasia and the North Pacifi c region,attracting more countries to participate in the economic infrastructure construction,and building a stable regional security system in the eastern part of Eurasia on the basis of Sino-Russian cooperation.
